• 2. Veeco Helium Leak Detector, Model MS-20. Computer leak detector operation via handheld remote control with a 25 feet cord. Automatic valve operation, Auto or Manual ranging. Foreline pump/Roughing pump, air cooled diffusion pump. Refurbished and calibrated. System comes with standard calibrated Helium Leak.

• 3. Varian Helium Leak Detector, Model 925-40, Portatest. Features hand truck cart, roughing pump, uses no liquid nitrogen. Rebuilt and calibrated. Comes with standard calibrated Helium leak.

• 11. MRC Titanium sputtering targets for use with the MRC, RMX 12, Eclipse System. These targets have ultra grade of 99.995%. Copper backing plate is 15-5/8" OD. Target material is 12-3/4" OD X 5/16" thick. Thirteen (13) available. These are used.
